4. Our legal corporate name is Hostnee and all our business and communication is done under this name.

5. This website is created under the laws of the province of Nova Scotia, Canada and all our business is supplied under Nova Scotia and Canada laws. If there is a dispute, you and we both agree to try and resolve the dispute between ourselves. If the resolution process is not successful, either can begin legal proceedings but only in a court in Nova Scotia, Canada. You agree that any claim that you might make on us is limited to the total payments that you have made to us in the previous 12 months.
